We understand that plans can change. To ensure our sessions can be properly organized and spaces can be made available to other players, we require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations.
Cancellations 48+ Hours Before a Session
Sessions may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled session date.
When a cancellation is made within this timeframe, the full value of the session will be refunded in the form of store credit. Store credit can be used toward future sessions with us.
Cancellations Within 48 Hours
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session are not eligible for a refund or store credit.
How to Cancel
To cancel a session, please contact us as soon as possible with your name and the session you wish to cancel. The cancellation will be considered based on the time we receive your request.
